Your beauty desires are our top concern, which is why we proudly present one of the world's most effective and safest fillers. Developed based on cutting-edge Italian scientific research and innovations, V-LADERMA offers unique HA fillers that are both safe and satisfying.
Why V-LADERMA
- V-LADERMA HA Fillers use high-quality hyaluronic acid to create a product that shows an increased cross-linking rate, this allows for a long-lasting product with high viscosity and cohesiveness and can resist degradation better over time. This characteristic allows not only obtaining an optimal volume effect with less quantity but also slows down the degradation process.
- Due to the fast chemical reaction rate, the level of cross-linking is very high and the formation of dense and stable particles is assured.
- The close distance between molecules leads to more efficient, noticeable and prolonged results with almost no residual molecules.
- The firm and high viscoelastic properties of the HA particles increase the volume of soft tissues
- Each V-LADERMA HA Fillers adds volume and is designed for different needs in specific areas
- ALL types of V-LADERMA HA are derived from the G prime scale (quantified in Pascal/Pa unit), that measures the elastic modulus of gel stiffness, Increases with degree of cross-linking, and estimates resistance to deformation of the face including lips, cheeks, chin, smile lines, under eyes, and jawline.
V-LADERMA OVERVIEW
V-LADERMA is intended for use as a temporary filler for the correction of skin defects such as wrinkles or scars. It is also recommended for pathological conditions such as lipoatrophy related to HIV infection and antiretroviral therapy.
V-LADERMA is a sterile, injectable, apyrogenic, resorbable medical device made with cross-linked hyaluronic acid derived from bacterial fermentation. The product comes in the form of a homogeneous, transparent, colorless gel contained in a pre-filled, single-use, sterile syringe with Luer-lock fitting.
*ALL types of V- LADERMA HA are derived from the G prime scale (which is quantified in pascals/pa unit), that measures the elastic modulus of gel stiffness, increases with degree of cross linking, and estimates resistance to deformation of the face including lips, cheeks, chin, smile lines, under eyes, and jawline.
USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
Duration: 6-8 months
V-LADERMA MEDIUM
COMPOSITION
Medium-concentration cross-linked hyaluronic acid. Sterile saline solution: as needed.
USAGE
- For the correction of medium-superficial wrinkles on the face. Particularly indicated for defects and areas such as nasolabial wrinkles, nose, lips, and frown lines.
- Based on the concentration of the hyaluronic acid (stronger than Soft V-LADERMA) and the high viscoelasticity of the molecules, the use of it in the medium skin layers can give obvious results, especially in filling the lips and contouring techniques.
- The high plasticity and smoothness of the preparation make it suitable for lip modeling with modern surface techniques
The Medium V-LADERMA can work efficiently in:
- Lifting the corners of the mouth
- Leveling up medium and deep wrinkles.
- Improving the skin's shine and firm appearance in the temple areas
- Improving the natural look of the nose bridge
- Leveling up the nasolabial folds
Duration: 9 months
V-LADERMA STRONG
COMPOSITION
High-concentration cross-linked hyaluronic acid. Sterile saline solution: as needed.
USAGE
For the correction of deep facial wrinkles and folds. Particularly indicated for defects and areas such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines, temples, re-modelling facial contours, and lips.
It is the right choice in contouring the jawline, nasolabial folds, and cheek augmentations, Due to large molecules and the ultra-smooth gel of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, it is ideal for restoring or increasing the volume of soft tissues and correcting deep wrinkles and skin grooves.
The correct and deep injection of V-LADERMA Strong will ensure the stability and volumetric appearance of the injected area.
V-LADERMA Strong can be injected in many ways, like bolus and linear technique using either a needle or cannula.
Duration: 12 months
SKIN STRUCTURE
Human skin is composed of three main layers, each with distinct functions and structure:
- Epidermis: The outermost layer of the skin. It provides a waterproof barrier and creates our skin tone. The epidermis itself is made up of several sub-layers.
- Dermis: Located beneath the epidermis, it contains tough connective tissue, hair follicles, and sweat glands
- Hypodermis (Subcutaneous Layer): This deepest layer of skin is made of fat and connective tissue. It helps insulate the body and protects underlying muscles and other structures. These layers work together to protect the body, regulate temperature, and provide sensory information.
V-LADERMA INJECTION STEPS
- Facial evaluation and examinations of the areas that need to be augmented.
- The injection sites will be cleansed with an antibacterial agent.
- Injected points need to be marked.
- Photographs might be taken before injection.
- Applying a cold instrument may be useful to chill the site.
- Depending on the number of sites to be treated, the whole process may be as short as 10 minutes.
- The dermal filler injection includes injecting, massaging, evaluation of the injected areas and additional HA fillers may be needed.
- An ice pack may be applied to reduce swelling and discomfort.
Dosage
The dosage depends on the condition of the patient’s skin and the depth of the area to be treated. Optimal results can be obtained by repeating the treatment on a regular basis over time, taking into consideration the different factors that contribute to the long-lasting efficiency of the injection, such as lifestyle, physical activity, exposure to sun rays or tanning lamps, age and appropriate filling technique.
Packaging
One package of V-LADERMA contains:
- Two pre-filled syringes containing the product, 1mL-graduated syringe, for V-LADERMA SOFT, V-LADERMA MEDIUM and V-LADERMA STRONG.
- The syringe comes with a Luer-Lock attachment inside a blister and is provided with an adhesive label.
- A set of two adhesive labels per syringe showing the batch number and expiry date, one of which must be applied to the patient’s medical file and the other must be given to the patient. These procedures must be strictly performed to ensure product traceability.
Instructions for use to be read carefully before using the device.
Storage conditions
Read the expiry date of the product on the adhesive label of the syringe and on the packaging. Store in a dry place, away from direct light and at a temperature between 5°C-25°C.
